I have a large warehouse. What are some money making ideas I could use if for?

The building is empty for the most part and I don't have much start up money. If anyone could give me some LEGAL ideas on some money making ideas I would be very thankful!

  1. The first thing that comes mind, is that there are companies out there that need space to store items that are overflow, or overstock from their warehouse. I would look into that, they pay according to the space they use. I know when my company had a warehouse, we had a few companies that leased/rented space from us. Just one thought.
  2. storage from a to z boats cars etc.
  3. Could you section the building off into individual offices and rent out office space. Let the individual "companies" renovate and personalize thier space and that will save you some remodel costs.
  4. You should draw up an iron clad contract and offer affordable storage. People need storage and most storage facilities are too expensive, $90/month being the lowest price! Many people choose to give away stuff they'd keep if they had the room. To cut costs, you could NOT provide private walls, but keep the area surveilled by camera stating that criminals will be prosecuted...OR hire a security guard with a spotless record. That's my idea. The other one is to open a skating rink. All communities need a couple.
  5. There's a guy in our town who has an antique and classic car storage space inside an empty storefront. Rent to a club. Everyone is careful of each other's vehicles. Just be sure that your storage fees include what it would cost you for insurance.
